Let’s take the proper approach, saving time and energy.

strategize

The first thing you’ll do it tell me all about your business, vision, and goals for the design. This will give us both a chance to get to know one another. I then will put together a quote based off the project discussion. The project then moves to the drawing board.

Create

This is where the party starts! Once we’ve established a game plan, I will put together your color palette and inspiration board to make sure I am heading in the right direction. We will collaborate back and forth throughout the entire process.

Launch

Final tweaks and changes are made. Once the design is completed and approved , I package up the files to be delivered to you. If you choose to continue the process, I will take your brand and apply it to all mediums to complete your seemless new look.

For those who want to know the technical details of how this relationship will go.

Due to the nature of design work, refunds will not be issued after any part of the design process has been done. 50% payment of total cost must be made before the start of project for custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable and will be invoiced through PayPal.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm (Mountain Time). Not available on holidays. Messages will be answered in 48 hours or less, any after hour emails with be answered the following business day.
Labels will be mailed via USPS First Class. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery, excluding Sunday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking # via e-mail. Please note, that any USPS DELAYS are completely out of my hands. Once I drop off your package to the post office, it’s their responsibility to deliver the package in the time frame they promised and advertised. HOLIDAY SEASON – Orders can take from 3 to 7 business days to ship. Please make sure to plan ahead.
Please check details very carefully as Modern Hustle is not responsible for any errors made by the client. I do take great pride in my work and respect every client, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me and I will do my best to work with you to rectify the situation.
Modern Hustle will provide proofs of final designs before going to print and during the design stages. Please note that your screen’s resolution or the printer you use may cause colors to vary. Proofs, revisions, and all conversation are made via Etsy Conversations.
A sizing template is available for you to check label and bottle sizes. This template can be printed and cut out to see which ones will fit.
